Resend Transaction

The Resend Transaction feature in Lucid allows users to address failed transactions sent via the multi-bridge by selecting an alternative bridge to resend the transaction. Below is a step-by-step guide and explanation of how this flow works.

Overview

When using the multi-bridge functionality, transactions are distributed across multiple bridges. If one of the bridges fails to confirm a transaction, users can resend the transaction through an alternative bridge.

Accessing Resend Transaction

1. Navigate to the Bridge History section in Lucid. This section displays a record of all previous transactions, including their statuses.

2. Locate the specific transaction that failed.

3. Under the Actions column for the transaction, click the three dots (…).

4. In the dropdown menu, select the Resend Transaction option.

Resending a Failed Transaction

1. After selecting Resend Transaction, a new window will open, showing the failed transaction details.

2. Choose an alternative bridge to resend the transaction from the available options.

3. Confirm the selection and initiate the resend process.

4. Monitor the transaction status in the Bridge History section to verify its successful completion.

Additional Notes

  • User Control: The Resend Transaction feature provides flexibility, allowing users to manually select an alternative bridge in case of failure.

  • Transaction Status: The status of the resend attempt will update in the Bridge History section once processed.
